Nice fitness center, all the equipment you can imagine, however it is very austere. No trainers and no one to show you how to use equipment. No wifi. Could be a little cleaner, but its free.

Many NAUTILUS weight machines plus a separate free weight room.Only problem is they CLOSE weekends and federal holidays.

Equipment is in good condition. Has a good amount of weights, crossfit room, rock climbing, racket ball, awesome ft deep pool. Basketball court. Anything and everything you need to get your workout on.

Decent sized gym, okay equipment. The hours are terrible though, not very fitting for soldiers, seems more geared towards retiredspouses.

Nice facility, good variety of weightlifting equipment Free weights, machines, OlympicPowerlifting areas, and CrossFit. Faculty is very nice and helpful. Only negative is there is a lot of lazy soldiers who do not pick up their weights when they are done.

This has been one of my favorite gyms in all of America. The staff is friendly. The gym is clean. I havent had any problems with theft in the locker rooms in the years Ive used it. They have freeweights up to lb dumbells. A pool, More

The indoor pool was the perfect temperature for lap swimming. I wouldnt get in the Jacuzzi as it had some heavy use lately and needed some attention. Awesome facility overall. Staff very helpful and informative.

This gym is great considering its free for military folks They recently got new cardio and weight lifting machines. Gets VERY crowded after work its best to avoid when busy. Indoor pool is wonderfully maintained. Jacuzzi and dry sauna in the locker rooms.

Ive been going here for years since it was first built. I still remember the old gym and this is definitely a breath of fresh air. Place has a variety of machines, sanitation stations, and the pool is nice and big. Service is pretty good. More

Great Army fitness center. They do a great job of keeping equipment clean and serviceable. They are missing WiFi, which is a disadvantage, but thats about all I can fault them. Right now only military members and guard are allowed due to COVID. Mask is required on entry, but dont have to be worn during workouts.
