The gym was upgraded a while back and now its amazing. Very accommodating for all types of people with different lifestyles. As a parent, they even have an area for my son and thats a great perk for me. The only thing I would change, if anything would be to make it hours. Still, even without that, Im giving it starts.

The gym itself is nice and the staff is helpful, but its under the control of the navy so the covid policies are on the extreme end. For example the locker room has been shutdown for over a year now, and exercises that use the floor are prohibited.

Very nice place all around. Nice equipment and staff. Family and I love the pool but not the life guards attitudes very very rude to small children. Cant expect much though they are all just little kids themselves.
