I really love the instructors and staff. They show genuine concern for the members. I have lost a lot of weight and have been taken off of insulin since joining here and participating in the classes. Very clean environment. Love it there.

This is a great location, great attentive staff which answers all your questions. Open , except for on Sundays. They actually offer a lot of the classes that other AF locations do not.

Huge disappointment. You cannot workout take a shower and head to work because there is no shower, cant use the Studio but during staffed hours. For the money there is much better options out there.

Very disappointing. The staff was nice while showing interest in the gym, but once we respectfully shared our decision to not be apart of the gym, they quickly changed to treating us as if they were bothered and uncomfortable with us More
