Super fastpaced and fun I actually look forward to working out now. f you were like me and hadnt worked out in awhile, dont worry You can modify the activities to fit your abilities. Everyone here is very welcoming and the coaches are encouraging and friendly.

Blaze is very sweet and attentive. She makes sure you are well equipped to be successful. The studio was clean, well organized, and aesthetically pleasing. I loved the vibe. I got a great practice in and I will definitely be back to take some classes.
