I really enjoy coming to this gym. The front desk staff are great. They deal with a lot of unruly customers with a smile on their faces. Great customer service

I visited this gym to potentially start a membership and the first impression left a bad taste in my mouth No greeting coming in the door, no smiling faces, front desk lady stuffing food in her mouth and so on I do not recommend this location AT ALL

Im not sure how they received so many stars. Its so dirty here The locker rooms, the locker and the whirlpool need special attention. Im going to have to start driving to another one or coming earlier in the morning.

The customer service representative, Raheem assisted me during the member signing up process was so awesome. He recommended all the available perks and resources and how to utilize them. The process took longer, but he made it seems so short because we had a great conversation.

This is a very spacious facility. Happy that there was a peaceful atmosphere in the locker room as well. Do prefer that the smoothie bar had better organic choices or at least more herbal combinations.
