Good local crowd, allows for drop in, tons of equipment from free weights to machines and cardio. Great music choices and covered parking.

My personal favorite gym on the island. Month to month at the same price point that all these other gyms have year contracts at. Never too crowded. There is a lot of experienced lifters here always willing to give advice and a spot. More

Probably the one and only proper gym with sufficient powerlifting equipment and gear. I stayed in Waikiki but having to come all the way here. Worth the drive Also theres onsite parking.
