Hot Yoga Hilo is run by awesome people who are very talented at what they do. I was always greeted with warm smiles and never felt judged. They keep a fridge stocked with hydrating goodies in case you need extra I fully recommend Hot Yoga Hilo to anyone and everyone

When visiting Hilo I was not thinking about my yoga practice but I stumbled upon Hot Yoga Hilo and I was so so so happy. Down to earth and incredible teachers I loved going to the Yin classes just what I needed during my time of healing. Love them and I wish they were in my town
