Has decent space and a fair amount of area to do workouts. Theres alot of typical CrossFit equipment missing and their pullup bars are in good condition, but extremely wobbly at one end. They have a policy that offers one free dropin to More

HAF Crossfit has two locations one in Kakaako and another in Hawaii Kai. The Kakaako location is very conveniently located in town and has plenty of space to workout. The class sizes are never too big and everyone is very friendly. This box really is a big family
