We are a community minded and community driven, quaint, locally and VeteranWoman owned studio in the Aikahi Shopping Center in Kailua. Our core offerings include Bikram Method Yoga, minute classes, iRest Yoga Nidra, Yin, Sound Baths and Wellness Workshops. We strive to best serve our students needs and Windward Oahu by providing you with exceptional classes and compassionate instructors, a serene, picturesque studio space, and a place to grow in health from the inside out. Now offering therapeutic body work to include Massage and Reflexology as well as cutting edge Nutrigenomic products.

Bella Kai Yoga offers strengthening, weight loss, cardio, etc, so members receive a full-body workout.

There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. Bella Kai Yoga does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining Bella Kai Yoga, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a Bella Kai Yoga facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Bella Kai Yoga facilities and gyms.

Bella Kai Is a wonderful original hot yoga studio that also offers iRest mediation, Yin yoga, Sattva yoga, Yoga Sculp, and Warriors at Ease classes. Its a yoga home for a diverse and friendly community of enthusiastic students and skilled and compassionate teachers. Definitely a studio worth checking out

Love this studio The new location is so bright and relaxing. The Saturday Cardio Sculpt class offered is a mix of weights, yoga stretching, and cardio dance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to new students and experienced yogis alike. Very military friendly, as the owner Hillary is retired Navy.
