A lot of people complain about the gym, but they do a decent job managing and cleaning the gym. Its no star gym, but I can live with it.

Horrible customer service. Did not offer to help set up new account causing us to be flustered. Obviously need more customer service training.

Not enough equipment. Youll end up adjusting every workout because everything you need is taken. Everyone fighting over flat benches and squat racks. The facility is clean, staff is great.

This gym has everything you need for the price youre paying. People who complain about it probably wont be happy at any gym on island. Rob is always very sweet and personable. Pleasant staff all around Only changed gyms because I moved and it was no longer convenient for my commute.
