Great place to get away from the crowd. Has cardio equipment, dumbbells and machines. Showers and lockers available.

Honestly this is the only gym Ill go to here. Have most of the equipment you need. Have cable tv, standard cardio equipment, but mostly arm machines. Not much for abs or legs . But they give you other tools to get it done Matts, balls, etc. This place is never as busy as the big gyms on base and I can definitely appreciate that.

Small gym with way less people than the Pearl Harbor gym. Base access needed and sign in sheet. Lots of parking. Has the essentials... weights, resistance, cardio. They spent a LONG time renovating the bathroomsshowers. Way less options More

Military and DoD civilians can get a decent workout, but the equipment is heavily used and could use updating. The best thing is it is open hours. Worst thing is it is unmanned and the maintenance is mediocre.
