Great place and great people. Everyone was so friendly. Damien helped me sign up and Lyndon went the further mile to help us with our Active and Fit situation. The gym takes proper COVID precautions and stays clean. Especially the bathrooms The place doesnt reek like another Gym I know. Im completely satisfied so far

Gym is decent and you can work out hours I go here and my hubs cardio in from back weights and machines bring your own luck for locker there us a water fountain . Shower area and can dry hair too. Decent small simple gym I like it

its a small gym, that can get busy during peak hours, but it is comfortable and clean. A good assortment of machines and weights so even if your first choice is being used, youll be able to find something else to do your workout. Friendly staff.
