My son trains there for kids Jiu Jitsu and loves it. I just started the kickboxing class and love it. Equipment and instruction is top notch.

Awesome atmosphere Has mats, an octagon, a quality ring, workout equipment, free weights, they sell great supplements and fight gear. BJJ classes, womens group workouts with female instructor, strength and conditioning coach and one on one personal training for weight training or fight training. This place has everything you need.

Great spot. I only got to stop in once to train while visiting Honolulu. I met Russell, who set me up to train for the day. He was getting ready for a fight at the time and still very friendly. Looking forward to stopping back in to train next time Im in town.

I came in train while on vacation. I would definitely train here if I lived in Oahu. Tammy is one of the jiujitsu instructors she is extremely kind and a driven athlete. More
