UFC Gym Waikele is probably my favorite place to train. Joined when I first got on island, Cari got me a fantastic discount. The MMA techniqueconditioning classes arent as accessible as they used to be. Even with that, its still great.

Plenty rats where this place is located. I dont know how its still open. My friend who works there took pictures of where they cook the brisket and next to it was a nest of maggots. Groose

Dunno what it is but after a week of working out here most of males ss become professional bodybuilders posing in the mirror with tank tops hilarious. Aside from this, the gym is great w friendly staff.

Great gym with pretty clean equipment, not too crowded. But the music is atrocious. Imagine feeding a hyperactive year old enough caffeine to incapacitate an elephant and then letting them loose inside of a circus, their playlists would be the soundtrack to this situation.

Good gym but expensive. Take a class to get your moneys worth. If you dont take a class youll be better off paying for a membership at hour fitness. I like UFC gym waikele because it is in a convenient location for me and I am able to get workouts done during crowded times.
