I like how this location has everything I need. There is rarely ever a wait for a machine and never for the cardio equipment. I like that the receptionist always says good morning. The gym is kept clean.

Been going to ARF for years now. Great place to get a workout. West location is my least favorite but its great being able to go hours. If you have the chance do check out the new south location.

You cant even enter the building without a keyfob. Once inside you are met with an extremely underwhelming selection of equipment that includes exactly squat rack. Honestly Im surprised this location is owned by the same company that owns the south location. One visit was more than enough for both me and my wife.

I go here almost every day. The staff is friendly and Ive only had good experiences with other members. I like how there are no classes and just machines at this location. One of the best fitness centers Ive been a part of.
