Im beyond frustrated with their cancellation policy. Oh, yes you can sign up, give us bank account info and do everything online, BUT to cancel it you MUST come in to cancel or pay for a certified letter of cancellation. More

Staff is always friendly to say hi, or have a good night. I often see them cleaning the machines and locker rooms so that it is a clean and welcoming environment, I think we all can appreciate that

Would be perfect except for MOST of the employees arent very friendly. They either gather in groups behind the desk and barely acknowledge you, or theres only one person and usually not my favorite a nice young guy with dark hair. I More

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Great place to work out if you are just getting started or are looking for a no pressure, no judgement environment. Staff were professional and very helpful.

Its okay but not one of the better locations. Older machines, no tv screens on equipment, just above. No shower caddies in womens showers. Usually pretty clean. Always way too busy, I wish Ankeny was closer, that location is much nicer.
