Awesome place, but as the semester has started it is always, always crowded. This virus has also screwed things up. We need at least more of everything. At least more power racks to do deadlifts and squats are needed

Great gym All the equipment you could ask for and its all well kept and in working order. Only downside is that it often gets very busy around the afternoon and it often becomes a hassle to find an open bench or use a certain machine like the leg press which they only have one of.

Best. Gym. Ever. Their staff is super friendly and incredibly helpful. I especially like the rock climbing wall. I had never been very successful with climbing but the folks at state gym made sure I had a great time, and made it of the way to the top to boot

They are always busy but it isnt their fault. There are other spots in the gym where i can still workout. They change their towel consistently for sanitary purposes. More

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. Lots of equipments. Very clean. Massive in size. And did I mention the rock climbing Yeah, been to couple other schools gyms, cannot compare anything with the Iowa State University State Gym. Just marvelous Definitely miss this
