I am loving Hotworx There is a great variety of workouts to choose from and the heat has been wonderful for decreased soreness. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful Having access has been great too I would recommend giving Hotworx a try

Low impact, intense heat and convenience. Improved my joint inflammation, no extreme muscle soreness like I had with weight training. I can see and feel a difference and its only been a month. Highly recommend.

This is my first postpandemic gym Its WONDERFUL So clean and everyone is so friendly. The infrared workouts are amazing, you get such a relaxing, yet intense workout and can get in and out quickly. I dont get the soreness I would from other workout types and it has made getting back into shape much easier than it has in the past
