The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming on the days I go. The gym is much smaller conspired to Ames and other areas, hence the stars. It is hard to navigate the gym with limited room when its crowded and this prolongs the stay. Something I personally dont enjoy.

Nice gym...no problem parking in back...all my favorite ab machines Update being coming for years when in the area and its always IMMACULATE. Tanning us aleays kept up with. I Love when Im able to use this gym. Thanks Ankeny PF

Unfortunately the only way to cancel a membership is to stop into the gym, or send a letter. It has to be the gym you signed up at home gym or they wont allow you to cancel. We moved and are unable to easily go to the gym we signed up at. Its time to update guys.

It was ok. Rather small gym, with a lot of treadmills and elliptical machines. I was disappointed they didnt have a rowing machine. Otherwise it was clean, and fairly quiet.
