went to sign up and an employee was at the desk yelling about their manager and an affair they were having with another manager, all in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. This is not the first time I have witness unprofessionalism at this gym

The gym is pretty standard. Clean equipment, friendly staff, a lot of overweight people working out in a true judgementfree zone. However, I recently cancelled my membership IN PERSON and was double charged a month later after the fact. Despite closing my account and cancelling all reoccurring fees, Im still being billed.
