My daughter moved to Minneapolis in January and tried to cancel her membership, but the owner did not respond until April, after billing for months. According to anytime fitness, memberships have to be cancelled locally. Good luck with that

Kevin, who works at this location, was rude and unhelpful when trying to cancel membership. Told him I travel for my professional but my original club was this location, apparently you need to know your original club to cancel contract with them. He brushed me off and did not help resolve my issue. Do not go to this anytime location.
