Prefer it to the rec downtown. Far less heavy on foot traffic, clean and not congested. Not as many facilities or equipment though

Not the flashiest gym, but its the kind of slightly run down gym where a person can get in shape and learn a lot about themselves. If youre looking for a gym to work this is it. The crwc is great if youre looking to hang out or drink a smoothie but if youre trying to get big or get bigger Feast is the secret.
