Equipment is outdated and limited. Bathrooms smell horribly. However staff are nice and courteous. classes are good. Prices are affordable

Good place to work out. The classes are quite good with knowledgeable instructors.A steam room and sauna are available for post workout recovery.

for the amount you pay the equipment is junk. half of the treadmills seemed to always have something wrong with them. TVs frequently didnt work, stop buttons didnt work, had to use emergency stop. Hand weights were old, couldnt see the weight amount on them. Was disappointed so I switched gyms.

Friendly staff, childcare available, a variety of options to work out. I wish they had better times and classes for my schedule and preference, and the Mormon trek steam room smells awful, but otherwise no complaints.

I love the water classes I also love the fact that all classes are included in your membership. This is absolutely the best gym in this area. They have more than enough equipment and offer a variety of water and land classes.
