The Gym

In a few words, CrossFit can be described as constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. The idea behind CrossFit programming is to completely tax the bodys energy systems with each and every workout. CrossFit is designed to prepare the body for anything, at any time, through movements ranging from weightlifting and gymnastics, to running and rowing. The programs at CrossFit Kilo are designed to help our members reach their highest potential in terms of endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The classbased format is intended to ignite friendly competition between members, as well as create personal goals to improve upon.

Are you curious about The Gym? This fitness chain is a popular choice among consumers, as its located in Waterloo, IA, United States. Even if you are skinny or fat, you can go to The Gym location in the area. Located in 3109 Venture Way, Cedar Falls, IA 50613, this The Gym is open six or seven days a week and you can check The Gym working hours from our operational hour table. The Gym offers strengthening, weight loss, cardio, etc, so members receive a full-body workout.

There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. The Gym does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining The Gym, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a The Gym facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all The Gym facilities and gyms.

Early morning and late evening are the busiest time in Planet Fitness. Check online or call them at (319) 260-2010 for schedules, and decide which time is best for you.

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect if you are just getting started or doing cross fit for years. When I need help with some of the more complex activities there is always a coach there to help and walk me through it.

I hated CrossFit without ever trying it but The Gym changed my mind. I started out with a trainer just for a dietary plan but was then convinced to start coming to the group workouts as well. I love the community and the workouts are always challenging and exciting.

Great place. The trainers do a thorough job of helping you understand the movements and ensuring you have proper form so that you dont get hurt. CrossFit is confusing and is a lot to learn, for somebody new to it, but they do a good job educating you. They could use more storage to put your stuff while working out.

Coaching staff are top notch Im new to cross fit and the coaches and other members have been very encouraging and supportive. If you ever feel you may not be able to do an exercise or cant do it properly with good form the coaches are excellent at providing modifications which are personalized to your skill level or injury.
