Grove fitness has been such a happy home over the past year. I feel safe and comfortable and love that there is no gym culture where judgy people will watch me work out. I have met many meaningful people and enjoy every time I am there

A hidden treasure in downtown Boise. staff is amazing during all shifts. Facility great because gym overlooks Boise foothills. Parking is free. hottub perfect. Sauna nice and hot free wifi.

Terribly run gym Always dirty and opening up late. Also, there are swim lessons given here so if you love screaming children while youre trying to work out and enjoy what you pay for this place is for you. This gym is third party to the Grove hotel so they have no say in how horribly its run.

I LOVE THIS GYM Its unique, and it has a sauna. I lift weights here mostly. Sometimes, there are groups of people here that take up all the benches but it hasnt been a major issue.

We had an amazing last minute scheduled minute neckback massage with a very nice man. We cant remember his name, but incredible work. To his credit, he used a blind cane and might be partially blind, and that must be why he is so amazing at massage
