Awesome Gym Very clean, convenient,affordable, and not too crowded Ive been a member at IFF for years now and I really appreciate having hour access and its a great deal too. Equipment is up to date and staff does a fantastic job cleaning and maintaining the gym. Highly recommend to anyone

This is a great gym All of the staffmembers are very friendly and the gym is always clean. It is a smaller gym, but it has everything you need to get a good workout in. I love that it is only a month and no contract. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks for the great experience.
