st day at new gym is always scary for me. It was clean, well kept, and very nice. I look forward to having a place to go again after mos. of not doing anything. Like that they are much closer to home. Will see as time moves on how we do.

Very clean gym. The staff is very professional and personable. Great location with plenty of parking. Just the right amount of equipment. The atmosphere is not overwhelming or underwhelming.

Great place to work out I like the machines. They all operate perfectly. Nice selection of free weights and cardio too They have tanning, hydro massage and sauna too but I never used them. I would definitely recommend to a friend

This place is hands down the best GYM to get a MEMBERSHIP for They have the best staff, best equipment, and cleaning procedures I love this gym, environment, energy, and how organized it is It really is the MUST gym. Would recommend More

Awesome gym I drive from West Meridian just to go here. SDrive and SForce are legit...Only place I know of in the valley that has them. Super clean place with a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

New and well maintained equipment. Very clean throughout including the bathrooms. Never over crowded and a really nice atmosphere to work out in.

This is a super clean gym with a great selection of Matrix machines, free weights and cardio machines steppers, bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals. Lockers and showers are available as are tanning, sauna and massage chair rooms for a reasonable upcharge.
