I decided to try a couple of the classes that crunch offers. They were HITT classes taught by GG. Her energy was exactly what I needed to get through the workout. One of the best HITT workouts Ive ever had.

A good basic gym. Friendly staff, welcoming vibe and I didnt notice any of the stereotypical gym goers that dont you there if youre new.

Employees were always nice and helpful. There was the occasional machine that wouldnt work and it did take a while to be fixed. Other than that it is a great gym. Great environment as well.

Excellent instructors. Kristen R. leads yoga and other classes and provides clear instructions and alternative moves all the time. You do you Took personal trainer sessions with Tim C. to get ready for hiking trip. Made good progress and learned A LOT.
