The Y offers everything from Child Care After School Programs, Summer Day Camp, Big Elk Creek Resident Camp, Youth Adult Sports Programs, Cardio Equipment, Weights, Group Fitness Classes, Racquetball Basketball Courts, Personal Training and Massage Therapy. The Idaho Falls YMCA is a low cost alternative to the more expensive gyms in town. They have a great weight lifting room and multiple full size racket ball courts. They are usually pretty clean and the staff is very helpful.
