Best gym in the LC Valley. Ive tried them all, and none compare. You will meet men and women here who are not only strong, but knowledgeable. Anyone who is serious about making a healthy, SMART change to their life, and sick of not seeing progress, should definitely give Smart Fitness a try.

Clean enough, sauna still isnt operating due to covid. Lame But has plenty of weight and a decent deadlift squatting area and it has light CrossFit stuff as well
