I went in there to sign up today, and the owner didnt make me feel the least bit welcome there. I am an out of towner, here temporarily on business. And though its a hr gym, he said I would be excluded from using gym in the after hours.

If you like to lift weights this is the place for you. If you want an owner who truly loves fitness, this is the place for you. Great for those who are serious lifters. No aerobic classes, no fu fu juice bars...just a good home town gym.

Been around the USA. Huge gym with everything you need. Run by a former body builder with multiple awards. Fairly cheap month to month as well.
