Nice gym but they dont kno how to handle business.Not only I was paying my membership on time and still got charged late but they try to get you out your money and restart your membership without your permission

Havent updated locker room ladies for many many years..My locker stuck so bad had to get another nice lady to finally open it for me.Also the manager was very rude and unprofessional I was almost on the brink of tears. Luckily another nice employee was very kind when she saw how upset I Was.

For what you pay the weekend hours are a real let down nowadays tons more options elsewhere. The closing time countdown also is soooo annoying. Tonight was closing in one hour then , , , ,. we can tell time. Offset the desk More

I just joined and I am very pleased with the facility. The flexibility of being open so much makes getting there less stressful. It is very clean and easy to navigate. I look forward to a lasting relationship with Nautilus Alton.
