Very poor costumers service. Today I had a conversation with General manager name Bill. He is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of making people feel welcome to this gym he makes people want to sign out from it. Very disappointed.

Pool is disgusting compared to before, very dirty with pieces of paper inside and a lot of dirt, it a shame how fast it can degrade with no maintenance, it was fairly new two years ago

Very unprofessional and very apparent that sales numbers are the top priority. I recently moved from Peoria, Illinois and signed up January st. The restrictions are far greater in the Chicago land area. Not fully aware of the vaccine More

Love variety of equipment, child care availability but was told my child went number and to come get him. We came home and he did not have an accident, im thinking they just didnt want to watch him. Otherwise, solid experiences.

Great gym for the price. They have plenty of equipment, though maintenance isnt always prompt. The people who come here also tend to not rerack weights. It can take weeks for signage to be posted on faulty equipment. The mask mandate isnt enforced very strictly. Maybe around of people wear them. Still, you get your monies worth.

There is a certain atmosphere at health clubs that either makes you feel welcomed and energized or invisible. This facility is the latter. Apathetic and rude define this staff. More

Today I went to my free personal training session, and had a really bad experience at the end which was unfortunate. Because I was having a good time. When we ended the session, the trainer explained to me the packages they were offering. More
