The NCH Wellness Center, located on Northwest Community Healthcares main campus in Arlington Heights, is the premier medical fitness center in the area and certified by the Medical Fitness Association. The NCH Wellness Center believes in an integrated approach to health through fitness and nutrition. Owned and operated by Northwest Community Healthcare, our staff has direct access to hospital resources and personnel. The Wellness Center is committed to enhancing community health by providing a continuum of care from prevention to rehabilitation. Hours and services may differ due to COVID.

Associated with the hospital, but you can join on your own. For those under Dr.s care, they have a variety of rehab programs. For anyone else, its a large, well equipped facility with every kind of machine and apparatus, free weights, a great competitionsize pool and a decent th mile indoor track.
