Very terrible place. They work but in Friday they close at PM. They dont send email to charge the monthly payment. Always staffs there looking only phone not the members. Dont go there.

Workout machines, tanning, massage chairs, treadmills, and sanitizing stations. Lost of dumbbells and a Smith machine round out some more of the equipment. All this for way less than what you would pay at most gyms. Very affordable for almost any budget.

So happy to have discovered this gym I love the integration of an obstacle course style workout combined with mental challenges and teamwork activities.

Overall a good experience here. Locker rooms are well maintained most of the times. The staff I noticed have been on their phones alot and not keeping up with general upkeep like making sure paper towels are stocked at the various stations.
