One of the best gyms Ive ever been to. The staff are great, the gym is always clean, and there are plenty of different pieces of equipment. The recent expansion has added some cool additional features, too.

Started PT there a week ago after spinal fusion surgery. Cant say enough nice things about this facility. Very clean, super friendly, and very knowledgeable physical therapist. Dont know much about the actual gym and membership.

Pros never crowded and plenty of space to socially distance. Large selection of equipment, at least when it comes to free weights including squat racks. More

Update After moving away and then moving back, the price has more than doubled Its extremely expensive so we arent members there anymore. More

New found love for swimming because of their new warm water outdoor pool with fun meal menu fish tacos, pizza, avocado toast, beer, wine, smoothies, etc. and indoor hot water therapy pool Nice gym also.

The coaches, the workouts and the positive environment. All of it comes together to create a fun place to get a fantastic workout. Im completely hooked

The gym is super spacious, clean nice staff. But the only change they could make is change the dumbells to a newer ones. These are years old literally. I mean for the money ppl pay, they should have better dumbells upstairs. Everything else no complaints

Review is for spasauna nice place. Seems somewhat overcrowded lately which is good for them....food is good but way overpriced. dollar for chicken with no sides and for juice pitcher. Tea is priced like beer in a bar. banquet hall prices in a spa setting
