Crunch Fitness – Champaign

Young lady at the front desk is rude I simply greeted her with a good morning just for her to look at me and say nothing. I believe if you work at the front desk you should have a class A personality and greet members with a smile and have positive energy because front desk workers set the tone of the gym

Surprisingly always a steady crowd, in two weeks Ive been everyday except at random different times.. and the crowd is always there.. the equipment is everything you need, could have dropped a few useless ones for more of the heavily used ones.. but all and all a solid franchised gym.

Dirty, unprofessional. countless times the same dirty stuff would be on the ground for weeks at a time. I was a member for a few months and got athletes foot twice from their showerthey dont clean them also its a college gym so they are More

I dont know why people ht on this place. Its a great lifters gym. People just have to look past the Dude Bros and go at a less hectic time. Other than that, great prices to get healthy.

Ive gone to crunch for about a year new and have been super happy with it. Definitely my favorite gym Ive belonged too. Theres a great variety of weightsmachines and its all new and clean.

Incredibly difficult to communicate with this location, especially regarding a cancellation. Ive called multiple times, sent emails, and written a letter at their request to cancel my memberships since March of . As of January , More

Ive been to multiple Crunch gyms and they are typically clean and maintained. This location is filthy and not maintained. The fabric on some of the machines is destroyed to the extent that its uncomfortable to use. Ive never seen a gym More

Great staff, Delano and Jillian are fantastic Always helpful, buoyant, and nice individuals. Whenever I approach them they greet me kindly which makes me feel good and especially enjoy my entrance into the facility. I can tell that they both go above and beyond in their work and tend to the needs of both the gym members and staff.
