Long time member of the gym. Extremely clean and the staff is always polite and welcoming. Trained with Ash Dunwell for sessions recently. Hes very knowledgeable and provided me with a custom training schedule as well as nutritional information. Each session was tougher than the last Highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Great facilities and a great staff. Hardly ever have to wait for equipment, even during peak periods. Are they the only affordable gym that has figured out the correct ratio of cardio and weight training equipment It very well could be the case. Ive been a member for months and it has been a blast.
