Crunch Fitness – Mount Prospect

Membership here is a trapscam. You will be misinformed about the cancellation procedure and you would have to pay the price.They make it impossible to cancel. Customer service is a joke. Apparently managers are always on conference callsmeetings or not present at the gym. Stay away from here. Go for other options.

years Ive been a member of this gym with nothing but praise. I used to come on Sundays with my teen boys and work out. The staff used to just let us walk in because they knew us workout and go home. They let both sign in as guests More

I dont know where to start, I only come to this gym to use the sauna and when I ask when it will be ready for use, the direct AGM Adrian told me Its because of Covid I asked him why they are charge me for annual fees and he stated Atleast all the other machines are working

Really nice gym with great hours. Ive been a member for a few years now, and recently management did implement some welcome improvements. The staff is also very nice and helpful when needed. More

I dont understand why this place has good reviews. There are never squat racks open in the evening theyre always hogged by groups of teenage dudes and the floor is so disgusting the dirt literally stained the knees on my leggings. Go More

The facility is decent but David , the personal trainer is who the starts are for. More

I have been coming here since this crunch has opened and this is by far my favorite gym. All the workers are so friendly, especially the GM Zach. He is great So nice and helpful. The daycare is great too, my kids adore Victoria. I would never go anywhere else Highly recommend
