This place is corrupt. If the manager has a problem with you he recruits other members to harass you verbally, visually and physically its not just at planet fitness he has them continue to do it outside of the business.

Super disapointed planet fitness advertises being open , and definitely is not. They now close super early on the weekends and being open is a primary reason people may have joined in the first place.

This place is great. Sometimes you pull in the parking lot and think oh my God its going to be way too busy and crowded, but its so big that theres always plenty of room and social distancing. The staff is phenomenal also. Some of the employees seems a little judgy but whatever.

Friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. The equipment is user friendly and tons to choose from. The black card spa hydro massage beds are AMAZING along with the top of the line tanning beds.

Had my first workout here this past weekend. The place is very neat and clean. The staff working that day were all extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot my goggles to tan after my workout and they let me borrow a pair since my home gym is Burlington and they didnt have my card on file in Galesburg.
