Swimming in reserved lane. I like new protocol. Dont use cardio or weight area. Do run outside at dog park before swim and that works great Covid precautions important

Best gym in town. Plenty of cardio equipment. One of best Ive seen for heavy lifters and body builders. Lots of classes offered with the membership. Plus an indoor pool.
