I cancelled my membership on Feb and one of the staff made a mistake to cancel it correctly and kept charging me. They clearly made a mistake and I asked for an apologies, but the manager just kept saying it was my fault. I was not asking for a refund, but an apologies and they kept saying its my fault.

Great location, on the bigger side of all LA Fitnesses Ive been to. Not too crowded, friendly staff, and great training options. Would absolutely recommend this club for those that want a sophisticated gym experience without paying outrageous rates at places like Lifetime
