Large facility, ice rinks, a gym, walking track, nice fitness center, adequate staff not great customer service or attention to the needs of the members but its more than adequate as a sports center.

Garibaldis main restaurant is decent but pass on the ones at the ice rink. Save your money . What a disappointment. Pizza was made at pm it is now Terrible and the help is slow and clueless. Go to the restaurant. Skip the rink....

Nice ice rinks, consessions has good variety though the counter staff is very slow. Bathrooms can use some attention they were a bit dirty but overall a nice facility.

Ice program for kids has some good instructors The health club is dirty, oldand lacks any customer service. They have stinking rag towels like sand paper . You can find other places MUCH cleaner and nicer. . More

If starts was an option I will give them . Dont pay for skating classes. They dont care about your kids The teachers are always talking with the kids the know how to skate. If you kid doesnt know how to skate it would be ignored.

My wife and I want to thank Jessica Gary for helping us create a very memorable party for our friends and family. We rented one of the party rooms and had an excellent experience It was affordable, easy to get to and a very nice facility. So glad we live in Hoffman Estates
