Great place to work out Good sized gym with all your amenities, rooms for different classes and a large gym space for all sorts of sports. Free weights available with one squat cage, one squat rack, and one smith machine. It has all your basic machines too for lifting and a cool multipurpose centerpiece for different uses.

Very clean with friendly staff and reasonable rates that dont change on you. Tons of cardio machines available, just wish the weight room was a bit bigger.

Well organized the staff is super friendly. Love the fact that I my son plays basketball with other kids on the first floor while I can do track on the nd while watching him. More

Nice new facility. They have pickleball on Wednesdays and Sundays. They have opened gym for basketball and they also share with some of the local leagues. They have a full workout facility upstairs and then an indoor track.

Awesome basketball courts. Only problem I would say is that there are only courts available and there are usually people there so it can get pretty crowded. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the environment was nice.
