The Rough House

Personal training studio that focuses on training for obstacle course racing with the appropriate modalities and knowledge. We also offer clients a more conventional style of training found in most modern day gyms. For clients who prefer a group atmosphere we provide an array of different classes from beginner to advanced, and even yoga. All our trainers and instructors have proper uptodate certifications. Our , square foot building is in the heart of downtown Lombard up against the Prairie Path. All ages and levels of fitness are welcomed.
