Been going to this gym for a long time and its only gotten better. When you walk in all you see is people working hard and the staff working even harder. One staff member in particular is Kathy. I see her every morning and she always has a smile on her face as she makes sure the gym is nice and clean at all times. Keep it up

Fantastic atmosphere at this location staff is friendly and facility is clean. The new security system is great when working out in the eveningnight knowing everyone has a membership.

Amazing gym and great staff, I went to a couple of gyms before finding Charter Fitness. I was able to find a great personal trainer David who helped me form a personalized fitness plan and guide me through my workouts. The gym is open it is always clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Charter Fitness Alsip.

The assistant manager at this location is completely unprofessional and needs to learn how to talk to people. By far the worst experience Ive encountered with this gym. Sad to see people represent a company like this.
