Acceptable experience as a gym but I will never give a favorable rating to an organization that requires inperson membership cancellation as this gym does that is a scummy tactic and one that honest businesses are more than capable of avoiding.

Decent space to work out, free coffee, fewer gym rat douchebags than most places, helpful staff. It does cost more than other places of similar quality but it has a positive social mission with lots of support for older adults and families, and that makes up for it imo.
