Best class I have been to. Been trying for years to lose weight going to many different places and no results.. Dee the trainer pushes you She takes time to study your body and give you a individual meal plan, so you can be on a fast track of weight loss. pounds down in months Wonderful

Looking for results take this class. This is not a regular spin class This is a total body workout No selfies no recording while you work out this is not the class for that You will literally be amazed at what is done on these bikes. Once you cycle here no other class will compare. Results is what you will get and see .
