Too bad I can only give five stars, because Sam is a trainer. Sessions are tailored to my goals, she checks in on how the session went and takes feedback into account for future sessions. Since starting with Sam, Ive gotten stronger, more flexible and stable, and generally increased my confidence in my own body.
