Just happened upon this place via coupon introduction. Really glad I did. Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Seeing improvement from injury with their help. Oh... and managed to lose almost pounds with their advice. Highest recommendations.

My Doctor is extremely pleased that I joined MEDFITNESS. I recently had my annual physical and this is what my Doctor wrote after my blood work results came back. Lab work is excellent. Total cholesterol is down to the lowest level in years. Blood sugar is stable. Continue MEDFITNESS exercise program.
